Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Backpacks of any size will not be allowed.

Our box office will be open 3 hours prior to show time on show days ONLY. You may also purchase tickets at TheDomebyRutterMills.com/Shows

We do not print physical tickets at the box office. Tickets purchased in person or online will be mobile tickets.

There are several public parking facilities conveniently located around the venue, including a parking garage adjacent to the building. Valet service is also available on 20th Street between Arctic and Baltic Avenues.

Take transit to the concert! Hampton Roads Transit’s VB Wave Trolley and Bayfront Bus provide three routes to the venue, making it easy to get there from nearby parking garages. Tickets are $2 one way or $4.50 for all-day unlimited rides, with youth under 17 free with a paid adult. Mobile Fare, cash (exact change), and paper fare cards (available at select retailers) are accepted on board. Bicycle racks are available on the front of each vehicle.

From the Rudee Loop, the 4th Street parking lot, 9th Street and 31st Street public garages: ride the Route 30 Trolley, get off at Atlantic Ave. and 19th Street, walk two blocks up 19th to the venue.

From General Booth Blvd., KOA Campground and Holiday Travel Park ride the Route 31 Trolley, get off at Pacific Ave. and Virginia Beach Blvd., walk three blocks up Pacific Ave. and over on 19th to the venue.

From Shore Drive, the North End, and the 25th Street public garage: ride the Route 35 Bayfront Bus, get off at Park Avenue and 19th Street, and walk three blocks up 19th to the venue.

Indoor Ticket Purchasers:
The venue entrance is located on 20th St. between Arctic Ave. and Baltic Ave.

Lawn Purchasers:
If you have a Lawn Ticket for the show, please arrive at the corner of 19th & Arctic Avenue for entry.

All of our events are all ages unless otherwise noted in the event title. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket.

Prohibited items include:

• No outside food, drinks, snacks, or candy
  • Fans on the Lawn Plaza are permitted to bring up to one (1) gallon factory sealed or empty plastic water bottle per person. There are water refill stations available outside on the Lawn Plaza by the outdoor restrooms.
  • For fans inside the Music Hall we have water stations located at our bars and multiple water fountains. We allow empty plastic refillable water bottles (up to 16.9 oz) inside the Music Hall.
• No backpacks or duffle bags
• No umbrellas
• No glass, cans, or cups
• No chairs
• No illegal/controlled substances
• No drug paraphernalia
• No helmets, full face masks, or ski masks
• No weapons of any kind
• No pets (service animals exempt)
• No laser pointers, LEDS, or flow toys
• No flashlights
• No glowsticks
• No markers, pens, or spray paint
• No large chains, or spiked jewelry/clothing
• No stickers or flyers
• No signs larger than 8.5x11"
• No camelbacks or hydroflasks
• No professional recording equipment for photo/video/audio
• No GoPros, tablets, gimbals or steadycams
• No tripods or selfie sticks
• No defense items (ex. mace, pepper spray, alarms)
• No skateboards, scooters, or one-wheels
• No toys or stuffed animals
• Blankets are only permitted on the Lawn Plaza (Blankets are not permitted inside)

Chairs are not permitted in the lawn area. There is limited tiered seating available on a first come, first served basis. Blankets are permitted and will also be available to buy at the venue!

Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation any information about a potential reschedule will be made available to ticket holders. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

The venue has a variety of delicious food and beverage options available for purchase. Please note that items and pricing are subject to change from event to event. 

All points of sale will only accept credit or debit. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available to assist on-site to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees. We are a cashless venue.

Our venue is a drug-free and smoke-free environment. The use of drugs (including marijuana), other illegal substances and/or smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited.
